MID VS SUR MATCH & ANALYSIS

Vitality T20 Blast 2021 is about to kick off and Middlesex is going to be opening its account against Surrey. Middlesex struggled in 2020 and failed to make it to Finals Day, eventually only managing to finish fourth.

Surrey topped its group in 2020 and was the eventual runner-up.

This year also Middlesex comes in with a young and developing team that seems to lack in T20 experience while Surrey has a number of superstar players on its roster. Cbtf Cricket Can Surrey start its 2021 T20 Blast campaign picking off from where it left in 2020?

Let us find out.

Match Prediction and cricket betting tips for Middlesex vs Surrey Vitality T20 Blast 2021. The match is going to be played at Lord’s London on the 10th of June 2021.

MID VS SUR TEAM PREVIEWS

MIDDLESEX

Middlesex is not a team that many people will have as a contender for this tournament. There are some clear weaknesses in its batting lineup, although the presence of Eoin Morgan for the first few matches is a definite plus.

There are not too many big names in the lineup and the bulk of the runs will have to come from players like Steve Eskinazi, Max Holden, and John Cracknell. These are players that impressed in the 2020 edition but none of them are really batsmen that the opposition will be worried about.

It appears as if the main thrust in the inning will have to come from Eoin Morgan. He is certainly capable of smashing sixes at east but whether you want to bet on him to do it or not is another question completely.

Among the bowlers, Steven Finn, Nathan Sowter, and Tom Helm are all very good in the T20 format. This is where the real strength of the Middlesex team lies. Also, Chris Green has been roped in as an overseas player. He is not quite the same bowler that he was after remodeling his action but is still quite handy in the powerplay.

The bowling unit is not bad at all and some good performances could help Middlesex pick up wins along the way.

SURREY
Surrey has so many superstars on its roster that it is sometimes a mystery it just does not win all the competitions it takes part in! The fact is that most of their stars are always away on England duty.

We expect Jason Roy to be available and lead the batting lineup for Surrey alongside Hashim Amla, Will Jacks, Laurie Evans, Cricket Betting Tips  and Sam Curran for this match. In fact, both the Curran brothers should be in the playing eleven and that lends a lot of balance to the team.

There is more power in this batting lineup and the bowling lineup also has some excellent T20 performers.

Jamie Overton, Tom Curran, Sam Curran, Gareth Batty, and Dan Moriarty could be one of the more impressive attacks in this entire tournament.

'I love five-day Tests, but my role isn't about making decisions based on what I love'

www.cricketbettingtipsfree.net Cricket Australia CEO Kevin Roberts is bracing for "the biggest two years in the history of Australian cricket". There's the T20 World Cup later this year, for starters. "It's a lot of work for our organization and lots of work for the players, but we wouldn't change it for the world," he says. Excerpts from the interview... The story goes what when the ball-tampering scandal broke, you were in a train with a bag which had a CA logo on it. You turned it around so no one could see it... Yes. Having loved the game since I could walk, and having had so many experiences in the game and formed so many friendships, it was the first time that I hadn't felt proud to be involved. Literally, it was an unconscious thing to turn the bag around and not to display the logo. Was the public backlash that severe? It was significant. And it was magnified based on the landscape that we're living in, in terms of social ...
